Cancellation & Refund Policy

CLICCOT Technology Private Limited ("we", "our" or "us") is the provider of Stylife application (the "Application"). The Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how cancellations,rescheduling and refunds are handled for services,bookings made through our Mobile App

1. Cancellation or Rescheule
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 3 hours before the scheduled time at no extra Charge. Cancellations or no shows within 3 hours of services may incur a nominal charge. You may Cancel or reschedule the booking or services by calling the respective Service center directly.

2. Refund Conditions

Refunds are provided only under the following circumstances
• Duplicate Payment –If you have been paid twice for the same transaction , the duplicate amount will be refunded after Verified by payment gateway.
• Payment Failure – amount debited but no confirmation is received, then the amount is automatically reversed by payment gateway within 3-7 working days ,if not received Contact & Mail us to grievance@stylife.net with transaction details.

3. Service Unavailability
A booked service cannot be delivered due to .
1.Technical Issue 2.Unavailability of Stylish or Beauticians 3.Salon/Beauty Parlor Operational issue 4.Other unusual issue
Solution –The Service Centre may offer to rescheduling your booking this is subject to approved by Admin Team

4. No Refunds Scenario
• Refunds are not applicable for :
• Service already consumed or Partially consumed
• Dissatisfaction with service Quality (Responsible by stylist/Beautician)
• Advance or online paid but No –Shows on Appointment.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policies
